Being Healthy

Everyone absolutely want to be health, but sometimes for the people who are very busy think that it is very difficult. Perhaps it's all about their time to have a rest. Or it can be their habitual activities in their office is bad. So there are several advice about how to be healthy.

1. Sleep regularly, a healthy from 9 p.m. to 6 hours morning. For hours sleep a normal and healthy is 8-9 hours. If you sleep less or more than 8-9 hours, will it is likely that you will experience something that makes you a not healthy. So, we should remember!!! Sleep that is, it is very important.

2. If you are a worker, working hours you maximum of 10 hours only, if it's more than that feared your body would be vulnerable to disease because it is too much in its use in work. Because the body requires rest also to bring it back to the back to normal. If your body in the state is not normal, that is why there is a possibility that you would be easy to infect.

3. Don't consume fast food or cigarette, alcohol and others that can damage your body.

4. And the latest in sport regularly, at least 3 times a week. Because sports is very important role in maintaining equilibrium in your body and can keep your body fit. In fact there is still a lot more healthy life style and the other, but that I explained here is the outline of consume a diet healthy living, only you add in your daily routine.

Being helthy is easy, you just need to start it now.
